Ingliz tili kursi/C1 Ilgor24 daqiqa

C1 — 20-dars: Ingliz tilida ish intervyusi (masofaviy/xorijiy ish)

C1 — ILG'OR · 20-dars · (kengaytirilgan chuqurlik) · BOSH MAQSAD — masofaviy/xorijiy ish

1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya

Bu — butun kursning cho'qqisi va sizning eng katta hayotiy maqsadingiz: ingliz tilida ish intervyusidan o'tib, masofaviy/xorijiy ishga kirish. Texnik mahoratingiz qanchalik kuchli bo'lmasin, intervyu — inglizcha o'tadi: o'zingizni tanishtirish, tajribangizni hikoya qilish, texnik savollarga javob, motivatsiya, maosh muzokarasi. Intervyu — bu o'zingizni inglizcha "sotish" san'ati.

Bu — barcha o'rgangan narsangizning sintezi. Intervyuda hammasi birlashadi: ravon gapirish (C1-16), o'zini taqdim qilish (C1-17), cleft bilan ta'kid ("What sets me apart is..." — C1-3), hedging bilan nazokat (C1-6), STAR bilan hikoya, texnik muloqot (C1-19), professional register (C1-15). Bu dars — ularning hammasini intervyu vaziyatida ishlatishni o'rgatadi.

Eng muhim haqiqat: intervyu — sinov emas, suhbat. Ular sizni "tutib olishga" emas, mos kelishingizni ko'rishga harakat qiladi. Sizning vazifangiz — ishonchli, aniq, samimiy bo'lib, qiymatingizni ko'rsatish. Tayyorgarlik bilan — bu o'rgansa bo'ladigan ko'nikma.

ASOSIY tushuncha — intervyu = "o'z qiymatingizni hikoya qilish". Har savol bitta narsani so'raydi: "Nega aynan sizni yollashimiz kerak?" Javoblaringiz qiymatingizni (skill, tajriba, xarakter) aniq misollar bilan ko'rsatishi kerak:

Bosqich Maqsad
"Tell me about yourself" qisqa, mos taqdimot (siz kimsiz)
Behavioral (STAR) tajribangizni hikoya bilan isbotlash
Technical bilim + fikrlash jarayoni
"Why us / your questions" qiziqish + moslik
Salary qiymatni professional muzokara

Har javob — "men sizga qanday foyda keltiraman" degan savolga javob.

O'xshatish — "film treyleri". "Tell me about yourself" — film treyleri: butun filmni (hayotingizni) emas, eng yaxshi, eng mos lahzalarini 60-90 soniyada ko'rsatasiz — tomoshabin (intervyuer) "filmni ko'rgisi kelsin" (sizni yollasin). Treyler qisqa, qiziqarli, maqsadli. Butun hayot hikoyasi (tug'ilgandan boshlab) — zerikarli, mos emas. Har javob — "treyler": eng kuchli, eng mos, qisqa.

Til-fakti: xalqaro intervyularda STAR usuli (Situation-Task-Action-Result) — behavioral savollar uchun global standart. "Tell me about a time when..." savollari deyarli har intervyuda bo'ladi (Amazon, Google, startaplar). Va madaniy nozik: G'arb intervyusi o'zini ishonch bilan ko'rsatishni kutadi (o'zbek madaniyatidagi kamtarlik — bu yerda "zaiflik" deb tushunilishi mumkin). Yutuqlaringizni aniq, ishonch bilan ayting (maqtanish emas — fakt). Bu — L1/madaniy transfer: kamtarlik o'rniga professional ishonch.

2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)

  • C1-16 (IELTS Speaking): ravon gapirish — intervyu asosi.
  • C1-17 (taqdimot): o'zini "sotish", ritorika.
  • C1-3 (cleft): "What sets me apart is...". C1-6 (hedging): nazokat.
  • C1-15/19 (professional/texnik): cover letter, texnik muloqot.
  • Tez mashq: "What is your biggest strength?" — bir gap javob (cleft bilan).

3. Strategiya — chuqur, to'liq tushuntirish (bosqichma-bosqich)

3.1. "Tell me about yourself" — formula (eng muhim ochilish)

text
FORMULA: HOZIR O'TMISH KELAJAK (present past future)
1. HOZIR: hozirgi rolingiz + asosiy mahorat
"I'm a full-stack developer with around three years' experience, currently focused on React and Node."
2. O'TMISH: mos tajriba/yutuq (eng kuchli, mos)
"Over the past few years, I've built and shipped several web applications, including [X],
    where I [achievement]."
3. KELAJAK: nega aynan bu rol/kompaniya
"Now, I'm looking to take on more challenging, large-scale projects, which is exactly
why this role appeals to me."

60-90 soniya, mos, ishonchli. Butun hayot emas — kasbiy treyler: hozir kimsiz, nima qila olasiz, nega bu rol. Mavzuga oid (kompaniya/rolga moslang).

3.2. STAR usuli — behavioral savollar ("Tell me about a time when...")

text
S (Situation): vaziyat/kontekst — qisqa fon
T (Task): sizning vazifangiz/maqsadingiz
A (Action): SIZ nima qildingiz (eng muhim — "I" bilan, jamoa emas)
R (Result): natija (iloji bo'lsa — raqam/aniq)

Savol: "Tell me about a challenging problem you solved."
S: "In my last role, our app was crashing under heavy traffic."
T: "I was tasked with finding and fixing the root cause."
A: "I profiled the system, identified a memory leak in the caching layer, and rewrote it
    using a more efficient approach."
R: "As a result, crashes dropped by 90%, and response times improved by half."

Action eng muhim"I" (siz nima qildingiz), "we" emas. Natija — aniq (raqam, ta'sir). Bu — global standart; intervyuer aynan shu tuzilmani kutadi.

Keng tarqalgan behavioral savollar (STAR bilan tayyorlang):

text
- a challenge/difficult problem you solved
- a conflict with a colleague (qanday hal qildingiz)
- a failure/mistake (nima o'rgandingiz)
- a time you led / took initiative
- working under pressure / a tight deadline
- a time you disagreed with a decision

3.3. Texnik intervyu — fikrlash jarayonini ko'rsatish

text
ALOUD THINKING (ovoz chiqarib fikrlash — muhim!):
"Let me make sure I understand the problem first..." (aniqlashtirish)
"My initial approach would be... but let me consider the edge cases."
"I'm thinking we could use a hash map here to get O(n) time."
"Actually, on second thought, that wouldn't handle... let me adjust."
ANIQLASHTIRISH (savol berish — yaxshi belgi!):
"Just to clarify — can the input contain duplicates?"
"Should I optimise for time or space here?"
BILMAGAN HOLAT (halol + yondashuv):
"I'm not 100% sure of the exact syntax, but the logic would be..."
"I haven't used that specific tool, but I'd approach it by..."
WALK THROUGH (tushuntirish):
"Let me walk you through my solution..." / "The way this works is..."

Texnik intervyuda javob emas, fikrlash jarayoni muhim: ovoz chiqarib o'ylang, aniqlashtiring, edge case'larni ko'ring. Jim ishlash — yomon (ular fikringizni ko'rmaydi).

3.4. Motivatsiya/moslik savollari

text
"Why do you want to work here?"
kompaniya haqida tadqiqot ko'rsating: "What draws me to [company] is... [aniq sabab]"
"Why should we hire you?"
cleft (C1-3): "What I bring is a combination of... I'm confident I could..."
"What are your strengths?"
aniq + misol: "I'd say my biggest strength is... For example,..."
"What is your weakness?"
halol + rivojlanish: "Something I've been working on is... I've improved by..."
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
o'sish + sodiqlik: "I'd like to grow into... contributing to..."

3.5. Sizning savollaringiz (ularga) — qiziqish belgisi

text
HAR DOIM SAVOL BERING (savol yo'q = qiziqish yo'q):
"What does success look like in this role in the first six months?"
"How would you describe the team culture?"
"What are the biggest challenges the team is facing right now?"
"What opportunities are there for growth and learning?"

Intervyu oxirida "Do you have any questions?"doim ha. Yaxshi savol — qiziqish, jiddiylik, va o'zaro moslikni ko'rsatadi (siz ham ularni "intervyu qilasiz").

3.6. Maosh muzokarasi (salary negotiation)

text
KUTILMAGUNCHA OCHMA: "I'd prefer to learn more about the role first, but I'm flexible."
DIAPAZON BER (kutilsa): "Based on my experience and market rates, I'm looking for
somewhere in the range of X to Y."
MUZOKARA (taklif kam bo'lsa): "Thank you for the offer. I'm very excited about the role.
Based on my experience, I was hoping for something closer to X — is there flexibility?"
PAKETNI KO'R: "I'd also love to understand the full package — equity, benefits, etc."
HAL: "That works for me." / "Could I have a little time to consider?"

Maosh — professional, ishonchli, lekin moslashuvchan. Diapazon bering (aniq raqam emas), bozor narxiga asoslang, muzokara qiling (taklif kam bo'lsa — muloyim qarshi taklif). Qiymatingizni biling.

4. Native nozikliklari va qo'shimcha qoidalar

  • YODLAMANG (lekin tayyorlang): javoblarni yodlash — sun'iy (C1-16). Lekin tuzilma (formula, STAR) + asosiy nuqtalarni tayyorlang, so'ng tabiiy gapiring. Tayyorgarlik = ishonch.
  • Kamtarlik emas — professional ishonch: o'zbek madaniyatida kamtarlik fazilat; G'arb intervyusida — yutuqlaringizni aniq ayting ("I led...", "I achieved..."). Bu maqtanish emas — fakt. "I was lucky" / "it was nothing" — qiymatingizni pasaytiradi.
  • "I" vs "we" — balans: jamoa ishini tan oling ("we"), lekin o'z hissangizni aniqlang ("my role was...", "I personally..."). Faqat "we" — sizning hissangiz ko'rinmaydi (STAR'da "I").
  • Oldingi ishni yomonlamang: "My last boss was terrible" — noprofessional. Neytral/ijobiy: "I learned a lot, but I'm looking for new challenges."
  • Tana tili (video intervyu): ko'z kontakti (kameraga), tabiiy tabassum, ishonchli turish, energiya. Monoton/sust — yomon taassurot. Video — masofaviy ish intervyusining standarti.
  • Aniqlashtirishdan qo'rqmang: savolni tushunmasangiz — "Could you clarify what you mean?" / "Just to make sure I understand..." — bu kuch belgisi (taxmin qilib noto'g'ri javobdan yaxshi).
  • Rambling (chalkash, uzun): har javobni fokusli qiling (cleft, STAR). Maqsadsiz uzun javob — fikringiz yo'qoladi. Aniq, tuzilgan javob.
  • Fikrlash uchun vaqt oling (jimlikdan qo'rqmang): qiyin savolga darhol javob shart emas — pauza professional. "That's a great question — let me think for a moment." / "Let me gather my thoughts." G'arb intervyuerlari o'ylab javob berishni qadrlaydi; shoshib, chalkash javobdan ko'ra 2-3 soniya jim o'ylash kuchliroq taassurot qoldiradi.
  • Intervyudan keyingi minnatdorchilik xati (thank-you note): G'arb (ayniqsa AQSh) normasi — intervyudan 24 soat ichida qisqa, professional email: minnatdorchilik + rolga qiziqishni takrorlash + bitta esda qolarli nuqtaga havola. "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. I really enjoyed learning about [X], and I'm even more excited about the role." Bu — jiddiylik va nazokat belgisi; ko'p o'zbek nomzod bu bosqichni o'tkazib yuboradi va afzallikni qo'ldan boy beradi.

5. Ko'p misollar — zaif kuchli (intervyu)

text
"TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF":
zaif: "I was born in... I went to school... I like coding."
kuchli: "I'm a developer with three years' experience building web apps. Most recently,
I led the rebuild of our checkout system, which cut load times in half. I'm now
looking for a role where I can tackle larger-scale challenges — like this one."

"WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?":
zaif: "Because I need a job and I'm good."
kuchli: "What sets me apart is the combination of solid technical skills and a real focus
on the user. I don't just write code that works — I write code that lasts."

"WHAT'S YOUR WEAKNESS?":
zaif: "I'm a perfectionist." (klishe) / "I have no weaknesses." (manmanlik)
kuchli: "I used to struggle with delegating — I'd take on too much myself. I've worked on
it by trusting my team more, and it's made us far more effective."

"TELL ME ABOUT A FAILURE":
  zaif: "I've never really failed."
kuchli: "Early on, I shipped a feature without enough testing, and it caused a bug in
production. It was a hard lesson, but it taught me the value of thorough testing
           — and I've been rigorous about it ever since."

6. Holat/case yechimlari

1. "Tell me about yourself" — qayerdan boshlash?

  • Hoziro'tmishkelajak, kasbiy, 60-90 soniya: "I'm a developer... Recently I... Now I'm looking for..." (tug'ilgandan emas).

2. "Tell me about a difficult problem" — qanday tuzish?

  • STAR: Situation Task Action (I qildim) Result (aniq raqam). Tuzilgan hikoya.

3. Texnik savol — javobni bilmayman.

  • Ovoz chiqarib fikrlang + halol: "I'm not certain of the exact answer, but my approach would be... let me reason through it." (jim qolmang, fikrlashni ko'rsating).

4. "What's your weakness?" — qanday javob?

  • Haqiqiy zaiflik + rivojlanish: "I used to..., but I've improved by..." (klishe "perfectionist" emas, "no weakness" emas).

5. Maosh so'rashdi — qanday javob?

  • Diapazon + bozor: "Based on my experience and market rates, I'm looking at X to Y, but I'm open to discussing the whole package."

6. "Do you have questions?" — savolim yo'q.

  • Doim savol bering: "What does success look like in this role?" (qiziqish belgisi).

Native siri (intervyu — band 9/ishga olish): intervyu — ishonch + samimiylik + aniq misol. (1) Har javobni misol bilan isbotlang (STAR — "I led" emas "I led X, which resulted in Y"); (2) cleft/inversion bilan ta'kid ("What sets me apart is...", "Not only did I..., but I also..."); (3) ishonch (kamtarlik emas — yutug'ingizni ayting); (4) tayyorlang, lekin tabiiy gapiring; (5) savol bering (o'zaro qiziqish). Eng kuchli nomzod — texnik mahoratini ishonchli, aniq, samimiy muloqot bilan ko'rsatadi. Bu — sizning C2 maqsadingiz va hayotiy orzungiz kaliti.

8. Namunaviy intervyu (to'liq, izohli)

Q: "So, tell me a bit about yourself." "Sure! I'm a full-stack developer with about three years' experience, mainly working with React, Node, and PostgreSQL. [hozir] In my current role, I led the rebuild of our payment system, which reduced failed transactions by 30% and cut load times in half. [o'tmish — yutuq + raqam] I really enjoy solving complex, user-facing problems, and I'm now looking to do that at a larger scale — which is exactly what drew me to this position. [kelajak — moslik]"

Q: "Tell me about a time you faced a major technical challenge." "Absolutely. [STAR] [S] In my last role, our application started crashing during peak traffic, affecting thousands of users. [T] As the lead developer, it was my responsibility to find and fix the root cause quickly. [A] I profiled the system, traced the issue to a memory leak in our caching layer, and rewrote it using a more efficient strategy — while keeping the team updated throughout. [R] As a result, we eliminated the crashes entirely, and response times improved by around 50%. It was a real turning point for the product's stability."

Q: "Why do you want to work here specifically?" "A few reasons. [moslik] First, I've followed your work on [product], and I genuinely admire the focus on quality and user experience. [tadqiqot] Second, the scale of the challenges here is exactly what I'm looking for. And honestly, what really appeals to me is the engineering culture — the emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning is something I value deeply. [cleft + qiymat]"

Q: "What's your biggest weakness?" "Something I've genuinely worked on is delegating. [halol] Early in my career, I tended to take on too much myself, thinking it was faster. But I came to realise that it didn't scale — and that trusting my team actually made us stronger. I've made a conscious effort to delegate more, and it's been one of the most valuable lessons of my career. [rivojlanish]"

Q: "Do you have any questions for us?" "Yes, definitely. [doim ha] I'd love to know — what does success look like in this role over the first six months? And could you tell me a bit about how the team approaches code review and mentorship? [qiziqish + moslik]"

Tahlil: "Tell me about yourself" (hoziro'tmishkelajak + raqam), STAR (S/T/A/R aniq, "I", natija raqam), "Why here" (tadqiqot + cleft + qiymat), weakness (halol + rivojlanish), questions (doim, mos). Cleft (what really appeals), aniq raqamlar, ishonch + samimiylik. Bu — ishga oladigan intervyu.

9. O'qish — graded matn (C1 — intervyu psixologiyasi)

Selling yourself without selling out

For many talented people, the job interview is a peculiar form of torture. They can do the work — often brilliantly — yet the act of talking about themselves, of claiming their own achievements out loud, fills them with discomfort. This is especially true for those raised in cultures where modesty is a virtue and self-promotion a vice.

Yet the interview demands a different posture. The interviewer is not a mind-reader; they cannot see your competence unless you show it to them. To say "I led the project that doubled our revenue" is not arrogance — it is information, and withholding it serves no one. The candidate who mumbles "I helped out a bit" out of misplaced humility does themselves a quiet disservice.

The art, then, lies in confidence without conceit. The strongest candidates speak of their achievements plainly, backing each claim with concrete evidence — a number, a result, a specific action they took. They use "I" when describing their own contribution and "we" when crediting the team. They neither inflate nor deflate; they simply tell the truth, clearly and without apology.

And there is a deeper truth still: an interview is not a one-way examination but a mutual exploration. They are assessing you, yes — but you are also assessing them. The candidate who asks thoughtful questions, who treats the conversation as a meeting of equals, signals something powerful: not desperation, but discernment. For in the end, the goal is not merely to be chosen. It is to find the place where you, and your particular talents, truly belong.

Topshiriq: Matn kamtarlik haqida nima deydi (intervyuda)? Nega "I helped out a bit" o'ziga zarar? "Confidence without conceit" — qanday erishiladi? Intervyu nega "ikki tomonlama"?

10. Tipik xatolar (ish intervyusi)

Xato Sababi To'g'risi
"Tell me about yourself" tug'ilgandan mos emas, uzun hoziro'tmishkelajak (kasbiy)
Behavioral umumiy javob misol yo'q STAR (aniq hikoya + raqam)
Faqat "we" (jamoa) sizning hissangiz yo'q "I" (o'z harakatingiz)
Kamtarlik ("I was lucky") qiymatni pasaytiradi ishonch ("I led/achieved")
Oldingi ishni yomonlash noprofessional neytral/ijobiy
"I have no weakness" / "perfectionist" manmanlik/klishe haqiqiy zaiflik + rivojlanish
Texnik: jim ishlash fikr ko'rinmaydi ovoz chiqarib fikrlang
"No questions" qiziqish yo'q doim mazmunli savol
Yodlangan javob sun'iy tuzilma tayyorlang, tabiiy gapiring
Rambling (chalkash uzun) fikr yo'qoladi fokusli (cleft, STAR)

Asosiy tuzoq: (1) "Tell me about yourself" — kasbiy treyler (formula); (2) behavioral — STAR + raqam; (3) "I" (o'z hissangiz) + ishonch (kamtarlik emas); (4) zaiflik — haqiqiy + rivojlanish; (5) texnik — ovoz chiqarib fikrlang; (6) savol bering; (7) oldingi ishni yomonlamang; (8) tayyorlang, lekin tabiiy.

11. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar (bosh maqsad)

C1 dan C2 ga ko'prik.

(a) STAR — global standart, mashq qiling. Amazon, Google, ko'p startaplar behavioral savollarni STAR bilan baholaydi. Oldindan 5-6 ta hikoya tayyorlang (challenge, conflict, failure, leadership, deadline) — har biri STAR tuzilmasida, raqam bilan. Bir hikoya bir necha savolga moslashishi mumkin. Tayyorlangan hikoyalar = ishonch + tuzilma.

(b) "I" muhim — madaniy nozik. G'arb intervyusi shaxsiy hissangizni so'raydi ("What did you do?"). O'zbek/jamoaviy madaniyatda "we" tabiiy, lekin intervyuda "we" sizning rolingizni yashiradi. STAR'ning Action qismi — "I" (men profiled, men rewrote). Jamoa ishini tan oling, lekin o'z hissangizni aniqlang. Bu — eng muhim madaniy moslashish.

(c) Aniq raqam — ishonarlilik. "I improved performance" (umumiy, kuchsiz) vs "I cut load times by 50%" (aniq, kuchli). Raqam/aniq natija — da'voni isbotlaydi (STAR'ning R). Raqamingiz bo'lmasa — aniq ta'sir ("which eliminated the crashes"). Umumiy da'vo — ishonarsiz.

(d) Tadqiqot — "Why here" kaliti. "Why do you want to work here?" — eng ko'p yomon javob beriladigan savol ("Because you're a good company" — bo'sh). Kompaniya haqida tadqiqot qiling (mahsulot, qadriyatlar, blog, yangiliklar) va aniq sabab ayting ("I admire your work on X"). Bu — jiddiylik va moslik belgisi.

(e) Texnik intervyu — jarayon > javob. Texnik intervyuda (coding, system design) to'g'ri javobdan ko'ra fikrlash jarayoni muhim: ovoz chiqarib o'ylash, aniqlashtirish, trade-off muhokama, edge case. Intervyuer sizning qanday fikrlashingizni ko'rmoqchi. Jim ishlash yoki darhol "bilmayman" — yomon. Hatto qotib qolsangiz: "Let me think out loud...".

(f) Weakness — halol + o'sish. "What's your weakness?" — tuzoq emas, o'z-o'zini anglash sinovi. Klishe ("I'm a perfectionist" — sun'iy) yoki inkor ("I have none" — manmanlik) — yomon. Haqiqiy (lekin halokatli emas) zaiflik + uni qanday yengayotganingiz. Bu — yetuklik va o'sish istagini ko'rsatadi.

(g) Maosh — qiymatingizni biling. Maosh muzokarasi — ko'p o'zbek nomzod past so'raydi (kamtarlik/noaniqlik). Bozor narxini tadqiq qiling (Levels.fyi, Glassdoor), diapazon bering, taklif kam bo'lsa muloyim muzokara qiling ("Is there flexibility?"). Birinchi raqamni ayttirishga harakat qiling ("What's the range for this role?"). Qiymatingizni pasaytirmang.

(h) Video intervyu — masofaviy standart. Masofaviy ish intervyusi — video (Zoom/Meet). Texnik tayyorgarlik: yaxshi internet, kamera (ko'z balandligida), yorug'lik, tinch joy, professional fon. Ko'z kontakti — kameraga (ekranga emas). Energiya + tabassum — kameradan "sovuq" ko'rinmaslik uchun. Bu — texnik mahorat emas, lekin taassurotga ta'sir qiladi.

(i) Suhbat, so'roq emas. Eng kuchli nomzodlar intervyuni suhbat qiladi: tabiiy, qiziqarli, ikki tomonlama. Savol berishadi, qiziqish ko'rsatadi, kulishadi. Bu — ishonch va moslik belgisi. "So'roq" rejimi (qisqa, qo'rqgan javoblar) — zaif. Siz ham ularni baholayapsiz (discernment).

(j) Mashq — intervyu o'rgansa bo'ladigan ko'nikma. Intervyu — iqtidor emas, ko'nikma: mock interview (Wisar AI bilan!), STAR hikoyalarini tayyorlash, umumiy savollarga javob mashq qilish, o'zini yozib ko'rish. Har intervyu — keyingisiga tajriba. Tayyorgarlik vahimani ishonchga aylantiradi. Bu — sizning hayotiy maqsadingiz uchun eng muhim investitsiya.

C2 ko'prik (hayotiy maqsad): ish intervyusi — "o'zingizni sotmasdan sotish" (selling without selling out): ishonch + samimiylik + aniq isbot. C2/tayyor nomzod o'z qiymatini aniq, ishonchli, tabiiy ko'rsatadi — STAR bilan tajribani, cleft bilan ta'kidni, tadqiqot bilan moslikni, professional muzokara bilan qiymatni. Bu — barcha C1 darslarining (Speaking, taqdimot, lug'at, grammatika, texnik, professional) sintezi + mashq. Bu dars — sizning eng katta hayotiy orzungiz (masofaviy/xorijiy ish) kaliti. Tayyorgarlik + ishonch + ingliz mahorati = ishga olinish. Keyingi darslar (cohesion, C2 nozikliklar) bu ishonchni yanada silliqlaydi.

12. Mashqlar

A. "Tell me about yourself" yozing (o'zingiz haqingizda — hoziro'tmishkelajak, 4-5 jumla, kasbiy).

B. STAR hikoya tuzing: "a challenging problem you solved" (S/T/A/R, "I" bilan, natija aniq).

C. Cleft bilan kuchaytiring:

  1. "I am good at problem-solving." 2. "I want this job because of growth."

D. Zaiflikka javob yozing: haqiqiy zaiflik + rivojlanish (klishe emas).

E. 3 ta savol yozing (intervyu oxirida ularga beradigan — qiziqish ko'rsatadigan).

F. To'liq mock interview (uy ishi / Wisar AI bilan): Wisar AI bilan to'liq intervyu o'tkazing — "Tell me about yourself" 2 behavioral (STAR) motivatsiya sizning savollaringiz. Baholashga bering.

13. Amaliy topshiriq (Wisar AI bilan) — MOCK INTERVIEW (eng muhim!)

Maqsad: to'liq ish intervyusini mashq qilib, ishonch va mahorat orttirish — sizning bosh maqsadingizga tayyorgarlik.

Vazifa — mock interview (tanlang):

  • (A) To'liq intervyu: Men interviewer bo'laman (masofaviy IT kompaniya). Men savol beraman: "Tell me about yourself" 2-3 behavioral (STAR talab qiladigan) texnik savol motivatsiya "Do you have questions?". Siz tabiiy, ishonchli javob berasiz. Oxirida batafsil fikr + har javob bo'yicha maslahat.
  • (B) Bitta bosqich chuqur: Faqat "Tell me about yourself" yoki STAR hikoyalar yoki maosh muzokarasini chuqur mashq qilamiz.
  • (C) Maosh muzokarasi: Men taklif beraman (kamroq), siz professional muzokara qilasiz.

Javoblaringizda quyidagilarni ko'rsating:

  1. "Tell me about yourself" — formula (hoziro'tmishkelajak, kasbiy, qisqa)
  2. STAR — behavioral savollarda (S/T/A/R, "I", aniq natija)
  3. Cleft/ta'kid (What sets me apart is... — C1-3)
  4. Ishonch + samimiylik (kamtarlik emas, lekin manmanlik emas)
  5. Texnik: ovoz chiqarib fikrlash + aniqlashtirish
  6. Savol berish (oxirida)

Masalan, men: "Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate." siz STAR bilan: "In my last role, a colleague and I disagreed about... [S] My goal was to... [T] So I... [A] As a result... [R]"

"Tayyor" mezonlari: (1) "About yourself" formula; (2) behavioral STAR + raqam; (3) "I" + ishonch; (4) cleft/ta'kid; (5) texnik — fikrlash jarayoni; (6) savol berdingiz; (7) tabiiy, ishonchli, professional.

Men har javobingizni ish intervyusi mezonlari (tuzilma, ishonch, aniqlik, ta'sir) bo'yicha baholayman — kuchli/zaif tomonlarni, real intervyuga tayyorlikni, va ishga olinish ehtimolini oshirish uchun aniq maslahatlarni beraman. Bu — sizning hayotiy maqsadingiz uchun eng muhim mashq.

14. Javoblar kaliti

A: Namuna: "I'm a back-end developer with around three years' experience, mainly in Node and Python. In my current role, I designed and built an API that now handles over a million requests a day. I really enjoy building robust, scalable systems, and I'm looking for a role where I can take that to the next level — which is what excites me about this opportunity."

B: Namuna STAR: "[S] Our deployment process was manual and error-prone, causing frequent outages. [T] I took it on myself to improve it. [A] I designed and implemented an automated CI/CD pipeline, and trained the team on it. [R] As a result, deployment time dropped from two hours to ten minutes, and outages fell by 80%."

C: 1. "What I'm really good at is problem-solving." · 2. "What draws me to this role is the opportunity to grow."

D: Namuna: "Something I've worked on is public speaking — I used to find presentations daunting. I've pushed myself to present regularly, and while I'm still improving, I'm now far more confident."

E: Namuna: "What does success look like in the first six months? · How does the team handle code review and feedback? · What are the biggest technical challenges you're facing right now?"
