B2 — YUQORI O'RTA · 5-dars

1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya

Har bir inson o'z hayotida kamida bir marta o'ylaydi: "Agar boshqacha qilganimda...". "Agar ko'proq o'qiganimda, imtihondan o'tardim." "Agar undan kechirim so'raganimda, hali ham do'st bo'lardik." Bu — o'tmishni xayolan o'zgartirish, ya'ni third conditional.

O'tmishni o'zgartirib bo'lmaydi — shuning uchun bu noreal. Lekin biz bu haqda doim gapiramiz: afsus (regret), tanqid (criticism), yengillik (relief), xayoliy tahlil. Ingliz tili buni bitta aniq tuzilma bilan ifodalaydi: If I had done X, I would have done Y.

B2 darajada third conditional — sizning fikrlash chuqurligingizni ko'rsatadi. IELTS Speaking'da "What would you have done differently?" savoliga to'g'ri javob bera olish — band 7 belgisi.

Real hayotda nega kerak:

• Afsus: "If I had known, I would have come earlier."
• Tanqid (muloyim): "You could have told me!" (aytishingiz mumkin edi).
• Yengillik: "If we hadn't left early, we would have missed the flight."
• Tahlil/intervyu: "In hindsight, I would have approached it differently."

ASOSIY tushuncha — third conditional = "boshqacha O'TMISH"ni tasavvur qilish. Voqea o'tmishda sodir bo'lmadi; biz uning xayoliy muqobilini quramiz:

• Haqiqat: I didn't study, so I failed. (o'qimadim yiqildim)
• Xayoliy (3rd cond.): If I had studied, I would have passed. (agar o'qiganimda o'tardim)

Eslang: third conditional doim o'tmish haqida va doim teskari haqiqatni anglatadi.

O'xshatish — "parallel olam": third conditional = kino qahramoni o'tmishga qaytib, bitta qarorni o'zgartirsa, hayot qanday ketardi? Biz haqiqiy o'tmishni emas, bo'lishi mumkin bo'lgan boshqa o'tmishni tasvirlaymiz. "If I had taken that job..." — boshqa parallel olamga oyna.

2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)

• B1-10 (Second conditional): if + Past, would + V1 — hozir/kelajak noreal. Bugun o'tmish noreal.
• B1-11 (Conditionals 0/1/2): tizimni eslang. Bugun 3-turni qo'shamiz.
• B2-1/2 (Past Perfect): had + V3 — bugun if-qismda.
• B1-19 (Modal perfects): would/could/might have + V3 — bugun asosiy qismda.
• Tez mashq: 2nd cond. ayting: If I ___ (be) rich, I ___ (travel). (were, would travel).

3. Grammatika — chuqur, to'liq tushuntirish

3.1. Tuzilma

If + EGA + had + V3,    EGA + would have + V3
   (Past Perfect)            (would have + V3)

Ikkala qismda ham O'TMISH: if-qism = had + V3 (Past Perfect); natija = would have + V3. Bu — third conditional'ning "imzosi".

3.2. Tartibni almashtirish (vergulga e'tibor)

If I had known, I would have come.     (If oldinda  VERGUL bor)
I would have come if I had known.       (If keyinda  vergul YO'Q)

Ma'no bir xil; faqat if oldinda kelsa vergul qo'yiladi.

3.3. Qisqartmalar — eng ko'p xato

I had  I'd          I'd known = I HAD known
I would have  I'd have  I would've

ENG KATTA XATO — "would of": would've talaffuzi "would of" kabi eshitiladi, lekin YOZISH XATO!

• I would of come. I would have come. / I'd have* come.*
• Bu native'lar ham qiladigan xato — siz qilmang!

3.4. Inkor shakllar

If I hadn't helped, he would have failed.      (yordam bermaganimda)
If she had asked, I wouldn't have refused.      (rad qilmasdim)

3.5. would have'ni boshqa modallar bilan almashtirish

Natija qismida would have o'rniga could/might have — ehtimollik/imkon nozikligi uchun:

If we had left earlier, we might have caught the train. (ehtimol)
If you had asked, I could have helped. (yordam bera olardim)

3.6. Funksiyalar — third conditional nima uchun ishlatiladi

4. Native nozikliklari va qo'shimcha qoidalar

• Mixed conditional (oldindan ko'rish — B2-6): if-qism o'tmish, natija HOZIR: If I had studied medicine, I would be a doctor now. (o'tmishdagi shart hozirgi natija). Keyingi dars.
• Inversion (rasmiy — B2-7): Had I known, I would have come. (= If I had known...). if tushadi, had oldinga chiqadi. Keyingi darslarda.
• "should have / could have" yolg'iz (if-siz) — afsus/tanqid: I should have called. (qo'ng'iroq qilishim kerak edi — qilmadim). You could have told me! — B1-19 ni eslang.
• "but for" / "if it hadn't been for" — "...bo'lmaganida": But for your help, I would have failed. = If it hadn't been for your help...
• "otherwise" — third conditional o'rnini bosadi: I left early; otherwise, I would have been late.
• Davomiy (continuous) shakl: ikkala qismda ham davomiylikni ta'kidlash uchun had been + V-ing / would have been + V-ing ishlatiladi: If I had been paying attention, I would have seen the sign. (e'tibor berayotgan bo'lganimda). Bu — jarayonni (bir zumlik voqeani emas) tasvirlaydi va IELTS Speaking'da tabiiylik belgisi.
• "I wish / if only + Past Perfect" — mustaqil afsus (if-natijasiz): I wish I had studied. / If only I had listened. Grammatik jihatdan third conditional bilan bir xil o'tmish-noreal mantiq, faqat afsusni yakka ifodalaydi (B1-12 bilan bog'liq).

5. Ko'p misollar

1. If I had set an alarm, I wouldn't have overslept. (afsus)
2. She would have passed if she had revised. (natija + shart)
3. If we hadn't booked, we wouldn't have got a table. (yengillik)
4. You could have called me — I was free! (tanqid + could)
5. If the weather had been better, we might have gone hiking. (ehtimol)
6. I wouldn't have known about the job if you hadn't told me. (minnatdorlik)
7. Had they invested earlier, they would have made a fortune. (inversion — rasmiy)

6. Holat/case yechimlari

1. "Agar o'qiganimda, imtihondan o'tardim." (lekin o'qimadim, yiqildim)

• If I had studied, I would have passed.
• Nega: ikkalasi ham o'tmish, teskari haqiqat 3rd conditional.

2. "Agar boy bo'lganimda, sayohat qilardim." (hozir/umuman)

• If I were rich, I would travel. (2nd conditional — hozir noreal)
• Farq: bu o'tmish emas, hozir/umuman 2nd conditional. 3rd bilan adashtirmang!

3. "Menga aytishingiz mumkin edi!" (tanbeh)

• You could have told me!
• Nega: o'tmishdagi imkon, bajarilmagan could have + V3.

4. "Siz bo'lmaganingizda, men yiqilardim." (minnatdorlik)

• If it hadn't been for you, I would have failed. / But for you, ...

5. "I would of helped" — to'g'rilang.

• would of would have helped / would've helped.

6. "Erta chiqqanimda, poyezdga ulgurishim mumkin edi." (ehtimol)

• If I had left earlier, I might have caught the train.
• Nega: aniq emas, ehtimol might have (would have emas).

7. Kengaytirilgan lug'at + kollokatsiya

Tayyor iboralar (afsus/tahlil):

• In hindsight, I would have... — Keyin o'ylasam, men ...
• If only I had listened... — Koshki tinglaganimda ...
• But for your help, I'd have... — Sizning yordamingiz bo'lmaganida, men ...
• What if I had taken that job? — Agar o'sha ishni olganimda-chi?

8. Dialog

A: I heard the interview didn't go well. B: No, it was a disaster. If I had prepared properly, I would have done much better. A: What happened? B: I overslept! If I hadn't stayed up so late, I wouldn't have been so tired. A: You could have set two alarms. B: I know, I know. In hindsight, I would have done everything differently. If only I had taken it more seriously. A: Well, but for that experience, you wouldn't have learnt this lesson. Maybe it's for the best. B: Maybe. Had I known how much it mattered, I would have prepared for weeks.

Tahlil: if I had prepared, I would have done (afsus), if I hadn't stayed up, I wouldn't have been (sabab-natija), could have set (tanqid), if only I had taken (afsus), but for... you wouldn't have learnt (minnatdorlik), Had I known... I would have prepared (inversion). To'liq 3rd conditional palitra.

9. O'qish — graded matn

The road not taken

Ten years ago, James was offered two jobs: a safe position at a bank and a risky role at a tiny tech startup. He chose the bank.

"If I had joined the startup," he often wonders, "would my life have been completely different?" That company is now worth billions. Had he taken the risk, he might have become wealthy. He could have been part of something historic.

But James doesn't only feel regret. "If I hadn't chosen the bank," he admits, "I would never have met my wife, who worked there. And if I hadn't met her, our children wouldn't exist."

In hindsight, every choice closes some doors and opens others. If James had lived a different past, he would have gained some things — and lost others he treasures most.

Amaliy topshiriq: Maqsad: o'tmish noreal vaziyatni tahlil qilish. Vazifa: "A decision I sometimes regret (or am glad about)" — 6 gaplik paragraf. Mezon: (1) kamida 2 ta to'liq third conditional; (2) 1 ta could have yoki might have; (3) 1 ta if only yoki in hindsight; (4) would of xatosi YO'Q.
