Bu mavzu o'zbeklar uchun yangi tushuncha: subjunctive'da fe'l shaxsga moslashmaydi — uchinchi shaxsda ham -s yo'q (he go, she be), inkorda not + V1 (he not go). Bu — istak/buyruqning "real bo'lmagan", "kerakli" ma'nosini ko'rsatadi.

B2 darajada subjunctive — sizning rasmiy yozuvingizni (insho, hisobot, rasmiy email) professional darajaga ko'taradi. Va u allaqachon tanish: "If I were you" (B1-10), "I wish I were" (B2-8) — bularning hammasi subjunctive! Bugun uni to'liq tizimga solamiz.

Real hayotda nega kerak:

• Rasmiy talab: "We demand that the policy be changed."
• Tavsiya: "The board recommends that the CEO resign."
• Zarurat: "It is vital that you be on time."
• Akademik: "The author insists that the theory remain unchanged."

ASOSIY tushuncha — subjunctive = "real emas, kerakli/istalgan". Oddiy (indikativ) mayl faktni bildiradi (he goes — boradi). Subjunctive istak/talab/zaruratni bildiradi (I suggest he go — borishini taklif qilaman). Shakli:

O'xshatish — "buyruqning yashirin shakli": subjunctive — buyruqning (Go!) gap ichiga "yashiringan" shakli. "I insist that he go" = "men talab qilaman: bor!". Buyruq fe'li (go — asos shakl) gap ichida ham asos shaklda qoladi — chunki u hali bajarilmagan istak, fakt emas.

Til-tarix fakti: subjunctive — qadimgi ingliz tilining qoldig'i. Hozir u kamayib bormoqda: AmE uni faol ishlatadi (I suggest he go), BrE ko'pincha should qo'yadi (I suggest he should go) yoki oddiy present (goes). Lekin rasmiy yozuvda subjunctive obro'li va aniq — shuning uchun uni bilish kerak.

2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)

• B2-17 (reporting verbs): suggest/insist/recommend + that. Bugun subjunctive shakli.
• B1-10 / B2-8 (were-subjunctive): If I were / I wish I were. Bugun tizimda.

3. Grammatika — chuqur, to'liq tushuntirish

3.1. Oddiy that-clause (indikativ — fakt)

Aksariyat fe'l/sifatdan keyin that-clause oddiy zamonda keladi:

I think (that) he is right.
She believes (that) it will rain.
I'm sure (that) you'll pass.
It's clear (that) they were wrong.

that deyarli doim tushirilishi mumkin (norasmiy). Fe'l odatdagidek zamonlanadi (backshift — B2-16 reported speech bilan bog'liq).

3.2. MANDATIVE subjunctive — talab/taklif/zaruratdan keyin

Quyidagi fe'llardan keyin that + EGA + V1 (asos shakl):

suggest, recommend, propose, advise, request, ask, demand,
insist, require, order, command, urge, prefer, stipulate

I suggest (that) he go now.        (NOT he goes)
She demanded that the door be opened.   (NOT is opened)
They insisted that she not leave.   (inkor: not + V1)
We recommend that each student bring ID.   (NOT brings)

Qoidalar:

1. Fe'l asos shakl (V1) — barcha shaxsda, -s YO'Q: he go, she be, it work.
2. be doim be (am/is/are emas): that he be present.
3. Inkor: not + V1 (do/does YO'Q): that he not be late.
4. O'tmishda ham o'zgarmaydi: He demanded that she leave (demanded — past, lekin leave o'zgarmaydi).

3.3. Adjective + that + subjunctive

Quyidagi sifatlardan keyin (It is + sifat + that):

essential, important, vital, necessary, crucial, imperative,
advisable, desirable, fitting, urgent

It is essential that he be informed immediately.
It is important that everyone arrive on time.
It is vital that the report not be delayed.
It was necessary that she remain silent.

3.4. AmE subjunctive vs BrE "should"

Uchchovi ham to'g'ri. Subjunctive (AmE) — eng rasmiy/xalqaro; should (BrE) — keng tarqalgan; oddiy present — norasmiy BrE. Ekzamenda subjunctive yoki should xavfsiz.

3.5. were-subjunctive (xayoliy/noreal) — review + kengaytma

If I were you, ...                  (2nd conditional — B1-10)
I wish I were taller.               (wish — B2-8)
He talks as if he were the boss.    (as if/as though — xayoliy)
She acts as though she knew everything.
It's time we were going.            (it's time — B2-8)
I'd rather you were honest.         (would rather — B2-8)
Suppose he were here — what then?

as if / as though + were/Past = "go'yo" (haqiqat emas): He spends money as if he were rich (lekin emas). Agar haqiqat bo'lishi mumkin bo'lsa oddiy: It looks as if it's going to rain (ehtimol rost).

3.6. Qotib qolgan subjunctive iboralar (idiomatik)

Be that as it may, ...      (har holda)
Come what may, ...           (nima bo'lsa ham)
So be it.                    (mayli, shunday bo'lsin)

Bular — qadimgi subjunctive'ning "muzlab qolgan" qoldiqlari, bugun idioma sifatida ishlatiladi.

4. Native nozikliklari va qo'shimcha qoidalar

• suggest/recommend — obyekt + to OLMAYDI (B2-17 takror): suggest him to go suggest (that) he go / suggest going.
• insist ikki ma'no: insist that he go (talab — subjunctive) vs insist that he went (da'vo — oddiy: "u ketdi deb turib oladi"). Ma'no ajratadi!
• demand/require — rasmiy, kuchli. Kundalik nutqda kamroq; rasmiy yozuvda ko'p.
• "It is high time / about time" (B2-8) + Past (subjunctive-ga o'xshash): It's time we left.
• propose ikki naqsh: propose that he resign (taklif — subjunctive) vs propose doing sth (niyat: propose building a bridge).
• Passiv subjunctive: We demand that the rule be abolished. / It is essential that the law be enforced. (be + V3).
• Qaysi fe'l "obyekt + to" oladi, qaysi biri OLMAYDI (ekzamen tuzog'i): advise, urge, order, require, request, ask — obyekt + to-infinitive oladi (advise him to go, order her to leave, require staff to sign). Ammo suggest, insist, demand, propose, recommend — obyekt + to OLMAYDI; faqat that + subjunctive yoki gerund: demand that he go / propose doing, demand him to go. Bir xil ma'noli fe'llar, ikki xil sintaksis.

5. Ko'p misollar

ODDIY that:    I know that he is busy. / She said that it was late.
SUBJUNCTIVE:   The judge ordered that he pay a fine.
               I recommend that she be promoted. (passiv)
               It's crucial that we not give up.
               They insisted that the meeting start on time.
WERE-SUBJ:     If I were rich... / I wish it were Friday.
               He behaves as if he owned the place.
IDIOMATIK:     Be that as it may, we must continue.
               Come what may, I'll support you.

6. Holat/case yechimlari (kengaytirilgan)

1. "Shifokor uning dam olishini tavsiya qildi."

• The doctor recommended that he rest. (subjunctive — rest, rests emas).
• BrE: ...that he should rest.

2. "Hammasi xabardor qilinishi muhim." (passiv)

• It is important that everyone be informed. (be, is emas).

3. "Ular uning kechikmasligini talab qilishdi." (inkor)

• They demanded that he not be late. (not + V1, doesn't emas).

4. "Men unga ketishni taklif qildim."

• I suggested (that) he go. / I suggested going.
• I suggested him to go.

5. "U go'yo hamma narsani bilgandek gapiradi." (xayoliy)

• He talks as if he knew everything. (as if + Past/were — go'yo).

6. "insist" ikki ma'no:

• She insisted that he apologise. (talab — subjunctive).
• She insisted that he had apologised. (da'vo — "u kechirim so'ragan deb turib oldi").

7. "Sudya uning jarima to'lashini buyurdi."

• The judge ordered that he pay a fine. (pay, pays emas — past fe'ldan keyin ham!).

8. "Nima bo'lsa ham, men yoningizdaman."

• Come what may, I'm with you. (idiomatik subjunctive).

7. Kengaytirilgan lug'at + kollokatsiya

lest (juda rasmiy/adabiy) = "...masligi uchun" + subjunctive: Speak quietly lest you be overheard.

Tayyor iboralar:

• I would strongly recommend that... — Men qat'iy tavsiya berardimki, ...
• It is essential that... — ... bo'lishi shart.
• Be that as it may, ... — Har holda, ...

8. Dialog (rasmiy yig'ilish)

A: The committee has reviewed the proposal. We recommend that the project be approved. B: I agree, but I insist that we set a clear budget first. A: Of course. It's essential that every department be consulted. B: And I'd suggest that the timeline not be too tight. It's vital that the team have enough time. A: Noted. The director has requested that a report be submitted by Friday. B: Then I propose that we meet again on Thursday. Be that as it may, we should act quickly. A: Agreed. Come what may, this project must succeed. I move that the meeting be adjourned.

Tahlil: recommend that the project be approved (passiv subjunctive), insist that we set (subjunctive), essential that every department be consulted (sifat + passiv), suggest that the timeline not be (inkor), vital that the team have (have, not has), requested that a report be submitted (past fe'l + subjunctive), propose that we meet, Be that as it may / Come what may (idiomatik), move that... be adjourned. To'liq subjunctive tizimi — rasmiy register.

9. O'qish — graded matn (kengaytirilgan)

The constitution

When the founders wrote the laws, they insisted that no single person hold absolute power. It was vital, they argued, that authority be divided.

The document demands that every citizen be treated equally, and requires that no law be passed without debate. It is essential, the text states, that justice remain independent — "lest tyranny return."

Critics, however, behave as if the rules were outdated. They propose that the system be reformed, and some demand that it be replaced entirely. "Be that as it may," one judge remarked, "it is imperative that change come through proper process, not force."

The debate continues. But on one point, all agree: it is crucial that the principle of fairness endure — come what may.

Asosiy tuzoqlar (4 ta): (1) subjunctive = V1 asos shakl (he go, he be) barcha shaxsda; (2) inkor not + V1; (3) past fe'ldan keyin ham subjunctive o'zgarmaydi; (4) as if/as though xayoliy were/Past.

11. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar

B2 dan C1 ga ko'prik.

(a) Subjunctive — AmE va rasmiy yozuvda kuchli; og'zaki BrE da kam. Gapiruvchi BrE bo'lsa, should yoki present qo'llashi normal. Yozma/xalqaro ingliz subjunctive xavfsiz va obro'li.

(b) "insist/suggest" — ikki dunyo. Talab/taklif subjunctive (insist he go). Da'vo/xabar oddiy zamon (insist he went = "u ketdi deb turib oladi"). Bir fe'l, ikki grammatika — ma'no hal qiladi.

(c) Passiv subjunctive juda ko'p. Rasmiy hujjatlarda: that it be done, that the law be passed, that he be released. be + V3 — qotib qolgan rasmiy shakl.

(d) "lest" + subjunctive. Eng rasmiy/adabiy "...masligi uchun": He hid the letter lest it be found. Bugun kamdan-kam, lekin yuqori uslubda obro'li.

(e) "It's time" + Past = "past-subjunctive". It's time you went to bed (B2-8) — bu ham subjunctive oilasidan: went (past shakl) lekin ma'no hozir/kelajak.

(f) "wish/if only/would rather" + were. I wish he were here, I'd rather you were honest — were-subjunctive. was og'zaki, lekin were standart/rasmiy.

(g) Negativ subjunctive — "do" YO'Q. Oddiy: he doesn't go. Subjunctive: he not go (do/does qo'shilmaydi). Bu — eng ko'p e'tiborsiz qoldiriladigan farq.

(h) Subjunctive — qisqalik va aniqlik. I demand that he be removed — kuchli, rasmiy, ikkilanishsiz. should qo'shsa biroz yumshaydi. Yuristlar, diplomatlar, akademiklar subjunctive'ni qadrlaydi.

C1 ko'prik: subjunctive + lest/be that as it may/come what may + passiv tuzilmalar yuqori rasmiy registerni yaratadi — huquqiy, akademik, diplomatik yozuvda. Ammo og'zaki nutqda ortiqcha rasmiy eshitiladi — kontekstga moslang.
