O'xshatish — "shifokor xulosasi": hisobot — shifokor xulosasi. Avval tashxis (vaziyat/findings — nima holat?), keyin retsept (recommendations — nima qilish kerak?). Shaxsiy his emas, xolis fakt va aniq tavsiya. Yaxshi hisobot — o'quvchi sarlavhalarni o'qib, darrov "holat + nima qilish kerak"ni tushunadi.

Til-fakti: report/proposal — rasmiy va shaxssiz. "I think we should..." (esse) "It is recommended that... / The findings suggest that..." (report). Passiv (B2-12), subjunctive (It is recommended that the policy be changed — B2-22), va shaxssiz tuzilmalar bu janrning belgisi. Sarlavhalar — B2 First'da band oshiradi (tuzilma aniqligini ko'rsatadi).

Tavsiya — shaxssiz (It is recommended that...) yoki yumshoq (I would recommend...). Kuchli: should, must be. It is recommended that he go (subjunctive — V1, B2-22).

4.4. Foyda/asoslash (proposal)

Not only would this..., but it would also... (B2-29 inversion)

5. Misollar — bo'lim bo'yicha

KIRISH:   "The purpose of this report is to assess the current canteen facilities

6. Yangi so'zlar (Anki jadvali) + akademik chunk

Akademik chunk: the purpose of this report, it was found that, the majority of respondents, it is recommended that, steps should be taken to, this would result in, to sum up the findings, with this in mind.

Native chunk: report'da: "The purpose of this report is to..." (kirish), "It was found that..." (findings — shaxssiz), "It is recommended that..." (tavsiya). Bular janrning "imzosi" — ularsiz report "esse" bo'lib qoladi.

7. To'liq namunaviy report

NAMUNA — Report (Cambridge B2 First uslubi):

Report on Remote Working

Introduction The purpose of this report is to examine staff attitudes towards remote working and to recommend changes to current company policy.

Findings A survey was conducted among 50 employees. The results revealed that the majority — around 80% — were in favour of working from home at least part of the week. Respondents highlighted improved work-life balance and reduced commuting as the main benefits. However, some staff, particularly newer employees, reported feeling isolated and missing face-to-face collaboration.

Recommendations In light of these findings, it is recommended that the company adopt a hybrid model. Specifically, I would recommend allowing staff to work remotely three days a week. It would also be advisable to organise regular in-person meetings to maintain team cohesion.

Conclusion Overall, a hybrid approach would address most concerns while preserving the benefits of remote work. Implementing these changes would, in all likelihood, improve both productivity and staff satisfaction.

8. Yozuvdagi tipik xatolar (L1 transfer + janr)

Asosiy tuzoq: (1) sarlavhalar ishlating (esse emas); (2) shaxssiz/passiv til (It was found, NOT I saw); (3) tavsiya — recommend + -ing/that+V1 (NOT to); (4) subjunctive (recommend that he go).

9. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar

B2 dan C1 ga ko'prik.

(a) Report vs Proposal — vaqt yo'nalishi. Report — o'tmish/hozirga qaraydi (vaziyat tahlili: was found, are dissatisfied). Proposal — kelajakka (yangi reja: I propose, this would...). Report = "nima holat"; proposal = "nima qilaylik".

(b) Headings — band-belgilovchi (B2 First). Sarlavhasiz report — band tushadi (tuzilma noaniq). 3-4 aniq sarlavha — tuzilma va "Organisation" bandini ko'taradi. Sarlavha + har bo'lim ostida 1-2 paragraf.

(c) Subjunctive tavsiyada (B2-22). "It is recommended that the policy be reviewed / that staff be consulted." — be (subjunctive), is emas. Bu — rasmiy tavsiyaning belgisi (AmE; BrE: should be).

(d) Bullet points — ehtiyot. Ba'zi reportlarda nuqtali ro'yxat (•) mumkin (tavsiyalar uchun), lekin B2 First'da to'liq gaplar afzal (til boyligini ko'rsatadi). Faqat zarur bo'lsa bullet.

(e) "It is recommended" vs "I recommend". Shaxssiz (It is recommended) — rasmiyroq, xolis. Shaxsiy (I would recommend) — biroz yumshoqroq, lekin report'da ham OK (B2 First). Aralashtirib ishlating.

(f) Findings — raqam + izoh. Faqat raqam (70% agreed) yetarli emas; izoh qo'shing: "70% agreed, suggesting strong support." / "...which indicates that...". Tahlil = band.

(g) "with this in mind / in light of". Findings'dan recommendations'ga o'tish: "In light of these findings, ... / With this in mind, I recommend..." — bo'limlarni mantiqiy bog'laydi.

(h) Til registri — qat'iy rasmiy. Report/proposal — eng rasmiy janrlardan. Hech qanday qisqartma, og'zaki ibora, phrasal verb (find outdiscover). Shaxssiz, ob'ektiv, professional.

(i) Kim uchun yozilyapti? (target reader). B2 First'da har bir report/proposal aniq o'quvchiga qaratilgan bo'ladi — vazifada aytiladi: "Your manager has asked you...", "Write a report for the college principal...". Bu o'quvchi kim ekani register va mazmunni belgilaydi: rahbarga — professional, xolis; qo'mitaga — asosli tavsiya. Kirishda o'quvchini nazarda tuting ("This report is intended for the management team..."), va tavsiyalar shu o'quvchi amalga oshira oladigan darajada aniq bo'lsin. B2 First'da vazifadagi o'quvchiga mos yozmaslik — "Content" va "Communicative Achievement" bandlarini tushiradi.

C1 ko'prik: professional hisobot/taklif — shaxssiz, tuzilgan, harakatga yo'naltirilgan yozuv. Sarlavhalar, passiv/subjunctive, aniq tavsiyalar — bu ish joyida (texnik hisobot, taklif, retrospektiv) va B2 First/akademik kontekstda hal qiluvchi. Esse fikr bersa, report qaror qabul qilishga yordam beradi.
