1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya

Ba'zan gapni kuchli, rasmiy va ta'sirli qilish uchun ingliz tili so'z tartibini teskari aylantiradi: oddiy "I have never seen such a mess" o'rniga — "Never have I seen such a mess". Yordamchi fe'l egadan oldinga chiqadi (xuddi savoldagidek), lekin bu savol emas — bu ta'kid. Bu — inversion (inversiya), adabiy, rasmiy va notiqlik nutqining eng kuchli vositalaridan biri.

B2-7 da shartli inversiyani ko'rdingiz (Had I known...). • Ta'kid: "Never have I been so insulted!"

• Ogohlantirish: "Under no circumstances should you open this door."
• Hikoya: "No sooner had I sat down than the phone rang."

ASOSIY tushuncha — inkor ravish boshga chiqsa, gap "savol shakli"ni oladi. Oddiy darak gap ega + fe'l. Lekin inkor/cheklovchi ravish gap boshiga chiqsa yordamchi + ega + fe'l (savol tartibi, lekin savol emas):

O'xshatish — "qalin shrift bilan yozish": inversiya — gapni "qalin shrift"ga o'tkazgandek. Ma'no o'zgarmaydi, lekin urg'u keskin kuchayadi. "I have never..." — oddiy bayon. "Never have I..." — dramatik, ta'sirli, esda qoladigan. Notiq, yozuvchi va siyosatchi bu vositani ta'sir uchun ishlatadi.

Til-tarix fakti: inversiya — qadimgi ingliz tilining tabiiy so'z tartibi qoldig'i. Bugun u stilistik vosita: gapiruvchi ataylab inkor elementni oldinga chiqarib, unga urg'u beradi. Bu — "markedness" (belgilanganlik) hodisasi: g'ayrioddiy tartib = g'ayrioddiy e'tibor. O'zbek tilida ta'kid intonatsiya/yuklamalar bilan beriladi, inglizda esa so'z tartibi bilan.

• A2-32 (So do I / Neither do I): so/neither inversiyasi. Bugun tizimda.
• B2-27 (hardly/seldom/rarely): inkor ravishlar — bugun gap boshida.
• Tez mashq: "I have never seen" inversion: Never have I seen.

3. Grammatika — chuqur, to'liq tushuntirish

3.1. Mexanizm — yordamchini egadan oldinga

Oddiy:     EGA + (yordamchi) + fe'l
Inversiya: INKOR-RAVISH + yordamchi + EGA + fe'l

I had never seen such beauty.  Never had I seen such beauty.
She has rarely been so happy.  Rarely has she been so happy.

Yordamchi yo'q bo'lsa — do/does/did qo'shing (xuddi savoldagidek):

She rarely complains.  Rarely DOES she complain.
He little knew the truth.  Little DID he know the truth.

3.2. Inkor/cheklovchi ravishlar — TO'LIQ ro'yxat

3.3. Maxsus tuzilmalar — hardly...when / no sooner...than

Hardly had I closed my eyes WHEN the alarm went off.
Scarcely had we sat down WHEN the show began.
No sooner had I arrived THAN it started to rain.

Ikki o'tmish voqeasi (biri darrov ikkinchisidan keyin): birinchisi Past Perfect (had + V3), ikkinchisi Past Simple. Hardly/Scarcely + when; No sooner + than.

3.4. Not only ... but also

Not only did he apologise, but he also paid for the damage.
Not only is she clever, but she is also kind.

Birinchi qism inversiya (Not only did he...), ikkinchi qism oddiy (but he also...).

3.5. Only + vaqt/usul ifodasi

Only after the meeting did I understand the plan.
Only by working hard will you succeed.
Only when you leave will you appreciate home.
Only then did it become clear.

Only + ergash gap/ibora gap boshida asosiy gapda inversiya. Inversiya asosiy gapda (Only when you leave — ergash gap oddiy; will you appreciate — asosiy inversiya).

3.6. so / such ... that — inversiya bilan

So beautiful was the view that we stopped the car.
So dangerous did the situation become that they fled.
Such was his anger that he couldn't speak.

So + sifat yoki Such + ot gap boshida inversiya (rasmiy/adabiy).

3.7. so/neither/nor — qisqa javob inversiyasi (A2-32 takror)

"I love coffee." — "So do I." (men ham)
"I can't swim." — "Neither/Nor can I." (men ham yo'q)
He was tired, and so was she.
She didn't agree, nor did he.

4. Place adverbials + boshqa inversiya turlari

4.1. Joy ravishi + inversiya (adabiy/tasviriy)

Here comes the bus! / There goes my chance.
Down the street ran the children. (adabiy)
On the hill stood an old castle.

Joy/yo'nalish ravishi + harakat fe'li + ega (ot). Olmosh bilan inversiya YO'Q: Here it comes (NOT Here comes it).

4.2. Conditional inversion (B2-7 review)

Had I known, I would have come. (= If I had known)
Were I rich, I would travel.
Should you need help, call me.

5. Ko'p misollar

NEVER:        Never had I imagined such success.
RARELY:       Rarely do we encounter such honesty.
HARDLY...WHEN: Hardly had she spoken when the lights went out.
NO SOONER:    No sooner had we left than the rain began.
NOT ONLY:     Not only was it expensive, but it was also useless.
ONLY:         Only by accident did I find the answer.
UNDER NO CIRC: Under no circumstances should you reveal this.

9. O'qish — graded matn (kengaytirilgan)

The discovery

Never had the young scientist imagined that a single experiment would change everything. Little did she know that her late nights were about to pay off.

No sooner had she mixed the compounds than the liquid began to glow. Rarely had she seen such a clear result. Not only was the reaction stable, but it was also reproducible.

Only by repeating the test a hundred times did she convince herself it was real. Under no circumstances would she announce it prematurely — such was her caution.

When she finally published, the world took notice. Seldom does one discovery reshape an entire field. But so significant were her findings that, within a decade, they had transformed medicine. Not until years later did she fully grasp what she had achieved.

11. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar

B2 dan C1 ga ko'prik.

(a) Inversiya — REGISTER masalasi. Inversiya rasmiy/adabiy/notiqlik uchun. Kundalik og'zaki nutqda ortiqcha tantanavor eshitiladi ("Never have I seen..." — drama). Norasmiy suhbatda oddiy tartib ("I've never seen...") tabiiyroq.

(b) "Not only...but also" — also o'rni erkin. Not only did he lie, but he also cheated / ...but he cheated as well / ...but he cheated too. Ikkinchi qismda also/as well/too — joylashuvi moslashuvchan.

(c) "Only" — ergash vs asosiy. Only when I left (ergash — oddiy) did I appreciate (asosiy — inversiya) home. Inversiya faqat asosiy gapda; ergash gap oddiy qoladi. Bu — eng ko'p xato.

(d) "So...that" vs "Such...that" inversiya. So + sifat/ravish (So loud was the music...); Such + (a) + ot (Such was his fury... / Such a mess did they make...). Ot bilan such; sifat bilan so.

(e) "Nor/Neither" — qo'shimcha inkor. He didn't apologise, nor did he explain. nor ikkinchi inkor bandni boshlaydi + inversiya. = and he didn't explain either.

(f) Place inversiya — faqat OT bilan, harakat fe'li. Down came the rain (ot — inversiya OK). Down it came (olmosh — inversiya YO'Q). Va faqat harakat/holat fe'li (come/go/stand/lie/sit), o'timli fe'l emas.

(g) "Were it not for / Had it not been for" — but for inversiya. Were it not for your help, I'd fail (= If it weren't for...). Eng rasmiy shartli inversiya (B2-7).

(h) Inversiya + Present Perfect / Past Perfect. Never have I seen (Pres Perfect — tajriba). Never had I seen (Past Perfect — o'tmish hikoyasi). Zamon kontekstga qarab.

(i) Inkorli to'ldiruvchini oldinga chiqarish. Nafaqat ravish, balki inkor ma'noli ot iborasi ham gap boshiga chiqib inversiya keltirib chiqaradi: Not a single word did he say. (Bir og'iz ham gapirmadi.) Not a soul was to be seen. (Bironta jon ko'rinmasdi.) Little sympathy did she show. Bu — eng ta'sirli, adabiy shakl.

(j) Faqat inkor ravish butun gapni qamrab olsa — inversiya bo'ladi. Agar boshdagi ibora shunchaki vaqtni bildirsa (haqiqiy inkor emas), inversiya YO'Q: Not long ago I saw him ( did I see emas — "not long ago" = "yaqinda", inkor emas). Not far from here there is a shop (oddiy tartib). Inversiya faqat ravish inkor/cheklov ma'nosini butun gapga yoyganda ishlaydi (Not until..., Not once..., At no time...).

C1 ko'prik: inversiya — IELTS Writing/Speaking va akademik insho uchun "yuqori grammatika" belgisi. Bitta-ikkita to'g'ri inversiya band oshiradi; lekin haddan ortig'i sun'iy eshitiladi. Mutanosiblik — mahorat: kuchli ta'kid kerak joyda ishlating.
