B2 — MAXSUS dars: Persuading, negotiating & suggesting (ko'ndirish, muzokara, taklif)
B2 — YUQORI O'RTA · funksional dars · (kengaytirilgan chuqurlik)
1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya
Hayotning katta qismi — kelishuv: takliflar berish, odamlarni ko'ndirish, narx/shart bo'yicha muzokara qilish. "Keling, shunday qilaylik", "Sizni ishontirsam bo'ladimi...", "Bir kelishuvga keladigan bo'lsak...", "Bu menga to'g'ri keladi". Bu — taklif, ko'ndirish va muzokara (suggesting, persuading, negotiating) tili. To'g'ri, xushmuomala va ishonarli muzokara qilish — professional hayotning, ish va maosh muzokarasining, va kundalik kelishuvning kalitidir.
Bu funksional dars — sizga diplomatik va ishonarli muloqotni o'rgatadi. Dasturchi sifatida bu juda zarur: jamoaviy qarorlar ("Why don't we refactor this first?"), kod-review ("It might be worth simplifying this"), va eng muhimi — maosh/shart muzokarasi intervyuda ("Would you be willing to..."). To'g'ri tilsiz, talab qo'pol; to'g'ri til bilan — professional.
Real hayotda nega kerak:
- Taklif: "Why don't we split the task?"
- Ko'ndirish: "Trust me, it'll save us hours in the long run."
- Muzokara: "I'd be happy to start Monday if the salary is flexible."
- Kelishuv: "That works for me. It's a deal."
ASOSIY tushuncha — muzokara = "g'olib-g'olib" (win-win). Yaxshi muzokara birovni yengish emas, ikkala tomon roziligini topishdir. Til buni aks ettiradi:
Bosqich Vazifa Misol ibora Taklif yo'l ko'rsatish Why don't we... / How about... / We could... Ko'ndirish foydani ko'rsatish The benefit is... / Imagine if... / Trust me... Muzokara shart qo'yish/savdolashish I'd ...if you... / Would you consider... Kelishuv/rad yakun It's a deal / I appreciate it, but...
O'xshatish — "ko'prik qurish": muzokara — daryoning ikki qirg'og'ida turgan ikki odam o'rtasida ko'prik qurish. Talab ("You must...") — bu raqibga tosh otish. Taklif + shart ("What if we... and you...") — bu ikkala tomondan ko'prik qurish. Eng yaxshi kelishuv — ikkovi ham ozgina yon berib, o'rtada uchrashgani.
Til-pragmatik fakti: ingliz tilida muzokara yumshoq, bilvosita olib boriladi. "I want a higher salary" (to'g'ridan — qo'pol) o'rniga "Would there be any flexibility on the salary?" (yumshoq, bilvosita). Modal fe'llar (would, could, might), shartli gaplar (if) va yumshatuvchilar (possibly, perhaps) — diplomatiyaning quroli. O'zbek/to'g'ri uslubdan farqli, ingliz muzokarasi nozik bo'ladi.
2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)
- B2-39 (opinion): fikr bildirish — bugun ko'ndirish.

We could split the cost. / I'd suggest postponing the launch.
It might be worth getting a second opinion.Native siri: "It might be worth + -ing" — eng tabiiy, muloyim professional taklif: "It might be worth testing this first." Va "What if we...?" — ijodiy taklif uchun ideal (yangi g'oya tashlash).

Imagine if you could work from anywhere.
MUZOKARA: I'd be happy to take it on, as long as I get support.
Would you consider a hybrid arrangement?
SAVDO: What if I covered shipping and you dropped the price?
KELISHUV: That works for me. It's a deal.
RAD: I appreciate it, but that's a bit out of my budget.6. Yangi so'zlar (Anki jadvali) + kollokatsiya
| English | IPA | O'zbekcha | Misol gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| suggest | /səˈdʒest/ | taklif qilmoq | I suggest waiting. |
| compromise | /ˈkɒmprəmaɪz/ | murosa, yon berish | Let's reach a compromise. |
| negotiate | /nɪˈɡəʊʃieɪt/ | muzokara qilmoq | We can negotiate the terms. |
| flexibility | /ˌfleksəˈbɪləti/ | moslashuvchanlik | Is there any flexibility? |
| meet halfway | — | o'rtada uchrashmoq | Let's meet halfway. |
| be willing to | /ˈwɪlɪŋ/ | rozi bo'lmoq | I'm willing to help. |
| it's a deal | — | kelishdik | It's a deal! |
| worth + -ing | /wɜːθ/ | arziydi | It's worth trying. |
| in return for | — | evaziga | ...in return for a discount. |
| on condition that | — | shu shart bilan | ...on condition that you pay. |
Kollokatsiya/chunk: meet in the middle, give and take, split the difference, a win-win (situation), bend the rules, throw in (qo'shimcha bermoq), seal the deal, drive a hard bargain.
Native chunk: "Let's meet in the middle" / "Let's split the difference" = ikkala tomon ozgina yon berib, o'rtada kelishish. Va "That's a win-win" = ikkala tomonga foydali. "You drive a hard bargain" = "qattiq savdolashasiz" (hazil-hurmat).
7. Dialog + o'qish matni
Dialog (maosh muzokarasi — intervyu): A (HR): We'd like to offer you the position. The salary is $60,000. B: Thank you, I'm thrilled! I'm very interested. However, based on my experience, I was hoping for something closer to $70,000. Is there any flexibility? A: Hmm. $70k is a bit above our range. Would you consider $63,000? B: I appreciate that. What if we met in the middle at $66,000? In return, I'd be happy to start two weeks early. A: That's tempting. Let me suggest $65,000 plus a performance bonus after six months. How does that sound? B: That works for me, provided the bonus terms are clear. On that condition, it's a deal. A: Great. We have an agreement. Welcome aboard!
Tahlil: I was hoping for / Is there any flexibility? (yumshoq talab), Would you consider...? (taklif), What if we met in the middle? / In return (savdo), Let me suggest / How does that sound? (qarshi taklif), That works for me, provided... / it's a deal (shartli kelishuv). To'liq muzokara tizimi.
O'qish (graded):
The art of negotiation
Good negotiators are not aggressive — they are patient. The biggest mistake people make is to think of negotiation as a battle to be won. In reality, the best deals leave both sides satisfied.
Why not start by understanding what the other person really wants? Instead of demanding, suggest. Instead of insisting, ask: "Would you be willing to...?" This small shift — from pressure to invitation — changes everything.
It might be worth remembering, too, that the first offer is rarely the final one. Skilled negotiators expect to meet in the middle. They give a little to get a little; they compromise without resentment.
Above all, never let a deal feel like a defeat. As the saying goes, the best agreement is one where everyone walks away feeling they got something — a true win-win.
Topshiriq: Matndan taklif, muzokara va kelishuv iboralarini toping.
8. O'zbekcha-inglizcha tipik xatolar (L1 transfer)
| Xato | Sababi (L1 transfer) | To'g'risi |
|---|---|---|
| I suggest you to wait | suggest + obj + to (B2-17) | I suggest (that) you wait / I suggest waiting |
| Let's to go | let's + to | Let's go |
| How about to meet? | how about + to | How about meeting? |
| Why we don't try? | savol tartibi | Why don't we try? |
| I am agree to your offer | agree + to | I agree to your offer (am siz) |
| It worth trying | worth — be kerak | It's worth trying |
| I will do if you pay (kelishuv) | aniqroq | I'll do it provided that you pay |
| Give me discount (qo'pol) | to'g'ridan-to'g'ri | Would you be able to offer a discount? |
Asosiy tuzoq: (1) suggest/recommend + -ing yoki (that) + V1 (NOT suggest you to — B2-17); (2) Let's / How about / Why don't we — to'g'ri tuzilma (Let's go, How about meeting); (3) talabni yumshatish (Would you be able to...? NOT Give me...).
9. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar
B2 dan C1 ga ko'prik.
(a) Yumshatish darajasi — kontekstga qarab. Do'st bilan: "Wanna grab lunch?" (juda norasmiy). Hamkasb: "Shall we get lunch?" Mijoz/rasmiy: "Would you be available for lunch?" Bir niyat, uch register. Muzokarada — rasmiy/yumshoq.
(b) "Would you mind + -ing?" — eng muloyim so'rov. Would you mind sending it again? (xafa bo'lmaysizmi...). Javob teskari: rozi bo'lsangiz "No, not at all" (= mind qilmayman = rozi).
(c) "I was wondering if..." — yumshatuvchi. I was wondering if you could help (= Could you help, lekin yumshoqroq). O'tgan zamon (was wondering) — masofa/muloyimlik qo'shadi (B2-4 mantiqi).
(d) "anchoring" — birinchi taklif. Muzokarada birinchi raqam (anchor) keyingisini "tortadi". Yuqori so'rab ($70k), o'rtada kelishish ($65k) — psixologik taktika. Til: I was hoping for... (yuqori anchor).
(e) "in return / in exchange for" — almashinuv. Har yon berishga evaz so'rang: "I'll start early in return for flexible hours." Bu — muvozanatli muzokara (bir tomonlama yon bermaslik).
(f) "provided/as long as" — shartni mustahkamlash (B2-7). Kelishuvni shart bilan bog'lash: "It's a deal, provided the terms are clear." Bu — kelishuvni himoya qiladi.
(g) Rad etish — "sandwich" usuli. Avval ijobiy (I appreciate the offer), keyin rad (but it's a bit low), oxirda yo'l ochiq (could we revisit it?). To'g'ridan "No" o'rniga — yumshoq, munosabatni saqlaydigan.
(h) "deal-breaker" va boshqa iboralar. That's a deal-breaker (bu bo'lmasa kelishmayman), non-negotiable (muzokara qilinmaydi), room for manoeuvre (yon berish imkoni), the bottom line (eng past chegara). Professional muzokara lug'ati.
(i) "BATNA" — muzokaraning eng kuchli varaqasi. "Getting to Yes" kitobining markaziy g'oyasi: BATNA = Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (kelishuv bo'lmaganda eng yaxshi muqobil). Ya'ni: agar bu muzokara puchga chiqsa, sizda qanday zaxira variant bor? Kim kuchli BATNAga ega bo'lsa (masalan, boshqa ish taklifi), o'sha erkinroq va ishonchliroq muzokara qiladi — chunki "yo'q" deya olishga qurbi yetadi. Til: "I do have another offer on the table, but I'd prefer to work with you" (BATNAni yumshoq eslatish — bosim qilmasdan). Muzokaradan oldin BATNAngizni bilib oling — u sizning the bottom lineingizni belgilaydi.
(j) Ohang va pauza — so'zdan tashqari. Muzokarada qanday aytilishi nima aytilganidek muhim. Narx eshitgach shoshmasdan pauza qilish ("Hmm, let me think about that...") — bosim hosil qiladi va o'ylanganingizni ko'rsatadi. Ovoz oxirida pasaytirish (tushuvchi ohang) — ishonch belgisi; ko'tarilsa (savol ohangi) — ikkilanish sifatida o'qiladi. Muhim raqamni aytganda sokin va barqaror ohang eng ishonarlisi.
C1 ko'prik: muzokara tili — professional va C1 darajaning belgisi. Yumshatish (would, could, I was wondering), shart qo'yish (provided that), va win-win yondashuv — bu maosh muzokarasi, biznes va xalqaro ish uchun hal qiluvchi. To'g'ri til = ishonchli va hurmatli professional.
