B2 — MAXSUS dars: Complaining, apologizing & requesting (shikoyat, uzr, iltimos)
B2 — YUQORI O'RTA · funksional dars · (kengaytirilgan chuqurlik)
1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya
Hayotda muqarrar uchraydigan uch vaziyat: bir narsa noto'g'ri ketadi (shikoyat qilish kerak), biz xato qilamiz (uzr so'rash kerak), va boshqadan biror narsa kerak (iltimos qilish kerak). Bularning hammasi — xushmuomalalik va register masalasi. To'g'ridan-to'g'ri "This is bad, fix it!" — qo'pol va samarasiz; xushmuomala "I'm afraid there seems to be a problem — could you possibly help?" — professional va ta'sirli.
Bu funksional dars sizga rasmiy va norasmiy registerda shikoyat, uzr va iltimosni o'rgatadi. Bu — mijoz xizmati, restoran/mehmonxona, ish joyi, rasmiy email va xalqaro muloqot uchun zarur. Dasturchi sifatida: xato qilganda professional uzr ("I take full responsibility — here's how I'll fix it"), yoki rasmiy iltimos ("I would be grateful if you could review my PR") — bularni to'g'ri ifodalash karyera uchun muhim.
Real hayotda nega kerak:
- Shikoyat (rasmiy): "I'm afraid I'm not satisfied with the service."
- Uzr: "I do apologize for the delay — it won't happen again."
- Iltimos (muloyim): "I was wondering if you could help me with this."
- Email: "I would be grateful if you could send me the details."
ASOSIY tushuncha — uch funksiya, har biri "yumshatish" talab qiladi. Inglizcha bu vaziyatlarda bilvosita va yumshoq bo'ladi:
Funksiya Yumshatuvchi To'g'ridan (qo'pol) Yumshoq Shikoyat I'm afraid / There seems to be This is wrong I'm afraid there's a problem Uzr I do apologize / I'm terribly sorry Sorry Please accept my apologies Iltimos Could you / Would you mind Help me Would you mind helping me?
O'xshatish — "yostiqcha": to'g'ridan-to'g'ri shikoyat/iltimos — qattiq zarba. Yumshatuvchi so'zlar (I'm afraid, could you possibly, I was wondering) — yostiqcha kabi zarbani yumshatadi. "You're late" (qattiq) vs "I'm afraid you seem to be running a bit late" (yostiqchali). Yostiqcha — munosabatni saqlaydi, lekin xabarni yetkazadi.
Til-madaniy fakti: ingliz tilida (ayniqsa BrE) xushmuomalalik haddan ortiq tuyuladi — "I'm terribly sorry to bother you, but I was just wondering if you might possibly...". Bu sun'iy emas — bu hurmat va professionallik belgisi. O'zbekcha to'g'ridan-to'g'ri uslubdan farqli, ingliz tilida iltimos qancha muhim/rasmiy bo'lsa, shuncha uzun va bilvosita bo'ladi. Qisqa = norasmiy/yaqin; uzun = rasmiy/hurmatli.
2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)
- B2-41 (persuading/negotiating): yumshoq talab — bugun iltimos/shikoyat.
- A2-MAXSUS (ijtimoiy ingliz: uzr/iltimos kirish): sorry/please. Bugun rasmiy register.
- A2-MAXSUS (restoran/telefon): mijoz vaziyatlari.
- B2-13 (passive — get sth done): shikoyatda (This needs to be fixed).
- Tez mashq: "Yordam ber" ni 3 darajada: Help me / Could you help? / I was wondering if you could help.
3. Funksional til — shikoyat qilish (til banki)
3.1. Shikoyat — register bo'yicha
NORASMIY (og'zaki): There's a problem with... / This isn't working. / I've got an issue with...

I'm not (entirely) happy/satisfied with... / This isn't quite what I expected.

I regret to inform you that... / I am dissatisfied with...I'm afraid the heating in my room isn't working.
I'm not satisfied with the quality of the service.
I am writing to complain about a faulty product I received last week.Native siri: shikoyatni "I'm afraid..." bilan boshlash — eng tabiiy yumshatuvchi: "I'm afraid there's been a mistake with my order." I'm afraid = "afsus bilan aytamanki" (qo'rquv emas!).
3.2. Shikoyatni kuchaytirish / aniqlashtirish
This is the second time this has happened.

4.2. Uzrga javob berish

DARAJA 3 (juda muloyim): Would you mind + -ing? / I was wondering if you could...

Would you mind opening the window? (juda muloyim)
I was wondering if you could give me some feedback. (juda muloyim)
I would be grateful if you could reply by Friday. (rasmiy email)Would you mind + -ing — javob teskari: rozi bo'lsangiz "No, not at all" (= mind qilmayman). "Would you mind closing the door?" — "Of course not" / "Sure" (= yopaman).

SHIKOYAT: I'm afraid this dish is cold. / There seems to be a charge I don't recognise.
I'm writing to complain about the poor service I received.
UZR: I'm terribly sorry — I completely forgot. / Please accept my apologies.
I take full responsibility, and I'll make sure it's corrected.
ILTIMOS: Could you possibly turn it down? / Would you mind giving me a hand?

Native chunk: "Bear with me" = "biroz sabr qiling" (kutayotganda): "Bear with me a moment while I check." Va "No offence, but..." = "xafa bo'lmang-u, lekin..." (e'tirozni yumshatish).
7. Dialog + o'qish matni
Dialog (mehmonxonada shikoyat): A (mijoz): Excuse me, I'm afraid there's a problem with my room. B (resepshn): Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that. What seems to be the issue? A: The air conditioning isn't working, and it's the second time I've reported it. B: I do apologize for the inconvenience. That really shouldn't have happened. A: I'd appreciate it if you could sort it out today. It's quite uncomfortable. B: Of course. I'll send someone up right away. O'qish (rasmiy shikoyat xati):
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a laptop I purchased from your online store on 3 May (order #4471).
Unfortunately, the device arrived with a faulty screen, which flickers constantly. To make matters worse, when I contacted your support team, I was kept on hold for over an hour and received no resolution.
As you can imagine, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. The laptop is clearly not fit for purpose, and I would therefore be grateful if you could either replace it or issue a full refund.
I would appreciate a response within seven working days. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly.
Yours faithfully, A. Karimov
Topshiriq: Xatdan rasmiy shikoyat, kuchaytirish va talab iboralarini toping.
8. O'zbekcha-inglizcha tipik xatolar (L1 transfer)
| Xato | Sababi (L1 transfer) | To'g'risi |
|---|---|---|
| I'm sorry for to be late | sorry for + to | I'm sorry for being late |
| I apologize the delay | apologize + obj | I apologize for the delay |
| Excuse me, give me water (qo'pol) | to'g'ridan-to'g'ri | Could I have some water, please? |
| Would you mind to help? | mind + to | Would you mind helping? |
| "Would you mind?" — "Yes" (rozi nazarda) | javob mantiqi | "No, not at all." (rozi) |
| I complain about the noise (hozir) | zamon | I'd like to / I want to complain about |
| Please you help me | tuzilma | Could you help me, please? |
| Sorry for disturb you | for + V1 | Sorry for disturbing / Sorry to disturb you |
Asosiy tuzoq: (1) sorry/apologize for + -ing yoki for + ot (NOT sorry for to / apologize the); (2) Would you mind + -ing (NOT to), javob teskari (rozi = No); (3) iltimosni yumshat (Could you...?, NOT Give me/Please you).
9. Chuqur tahlil — qo'shimcha faktlar va nozikliklar
B2 dan C1 ga ko'prik.
(a) "Yours sincerely" vs "Yours faithfully". Rasmiy xatda: ismni bilsangiz (Dear Mr Smith) Yours sincerely; bilmasangiz (Dear Sir or Madam) Yours faithfully (BrE). AmE: Sincerely (yours).
(b) "sorry to" vs "sorry for". I'm sorry to hear/bother/interrupt (hozir/kelajak — to + V1) vs I'm sorry for being late / for the mistake (o'tmish/sabab — for + -ing/ot). Vaqt farqi.
(c) "I'm afraid" — 3 vazifa. Yomon xabar (I'm afraid he's not in), rad (I'm afraid I can't), shikoyat (I'm afraid there's a problem). Har uchovida — yumshatuvchi (qo'rquv ma'nosi YO'Q).
(d) Past tense — muloyimlik. I was wondering if... / I was hoping you could... / I wanted to ask... — o'tgan zamon iltimosni yumshoqroq qiladi (masofa = hurmat, B2-4). I wonder (hozir) dan ko'ra I was wondering muloyimroq.
(e) "would" — shartli muloyimlik. Would you...? / Could you...? / I would appreciate / It would be helpful — would/could (shartli) will/can dan muloyimroq. Rasmiy iltimosda doim would/could.
(f) Shikoyatda passiv — ayblamaslik. "You broke it" (ayblov) "It seems to have been damaged" / "There appears to be a fault" (passiv — kim aybdorligini aytmasdan). Diplomatik (B2-12 passive).
(g) Uzr darajasini moslashtirish. Kichik xato "Sorry!" (haddan ortiq uzr g'alati). Katta xato "I'm terribly sorry, I take full responsibility." Uzr darajasi xatoga mos bo'lishi kerak (oz xatoga ko'p uzr — sun'iy).
(h) "Could you possibly" — eng muloyim qatlam. Could you possibly + V1 — possibly qo'shimcha muloyimlik beradi (ayniqsa katta iltimos): "Could you possibly lend me $100?" Kichik iltimosga possibly shart emas.
(i) Shikoyatga javob berish (xodim tomoni). Faqat shikoyat qilishni emas, unga professional javob berishni ham bilish kerak (mijoz xizmati, ish joyi). Tayyor ibora zanjiri: empatiya (I'm so sorry to hear that / I completely understand your frustration) mas'uliyat (I do apologize for this / That shouldn't have happened) harakat (Let me look into it right away / I'll get this sorted for you) kuzatuv (Is there anything else I can do?). "I'll get it sorted" / "leave it with me" — tabiiy og'zaki chunklar. Xodim hech qachon "That's not my problem" yoki "You should have..." (ayblov) demaydi — bu mijozni yanada g'azablantiradi.
(j) Bilvosita shikoyat — "You seem to have..." tuzoq. Kuchli shikoyatni to'g'ridan boshlash o'rniga savol/gumon shaklida yumshating: "I think there might be a mistake on my bill" (NOT "Your bill is wrong"), "I don't suppose you could..." (juda muloyim, ba'zan salbiy javob kutilganda). Might / seem / I think / I don't suppose — bularning har biri qo'shimcha "yostiqcha".
C1 ko'prik: register va yumshatishni mukammal boshqarish — professional ingliz tilining belgisi. Mijoz, boshliq, hamkasb — har biriga mos darajadagi rasmiylik. Rasmiy email (I would be grateful if...), og'zaki shikoyat (I'm afraid...), uzr + harakat — bular karyera va xalqaro muloqot uchun hal qiluvchi.
