B1 — 19-dars: Modal perfects (should have / could have / must have done)
B1 — O'RTA · 19-dars
1. Dars nomi, maqsad va motivatsiya
Bu darsda modallarning o'tmishga qaragan shaklini o'rganasiz: modal + have + V3. Bu — o'tmishdagi ish haqida afsus, tanqid, xulosa yoki o'tkazib yuborilgan imkon bildirish.
I should have studied harder. (Qattiqroq o'qishim kerak edi — afsus.) You shouldn't have said that. (Buni aytmasligingiz kerak edi — tanqid.) I could have helped you, but you didn't ask. (Yordam bera olardim, lekin so'ramadingiz.) He must have forgotten. (U unutgan bo'lsa kerak.)
Real hayotda nega kerak:
- Afsus/o'z-o'zini tanqid: "I should have left earlier." "I shouldn't have eaten so much."
- Boshqani tanqid: "You could have told me!" "You should have asked."
- O'tmish xulosasi (B1-17 takror): "She must have missed the train."
- Xayoliy o'tmish: "I would have come, but I was busy."
Asosiy tushuncha — modal + have + V3 = "o'tmishga qarash": modal o'zi hozir/kelajak haqida (B1-17,18). Unga have + V3 qo'shsangiz — o'tmishga qaraydi:
- should have + V3 = o'tmishda to'g'ri ish (lekin qilinmadi) afsus/tanqid.
- could have + V3 = o'tmishda imkon bor edi (lekin ishlatilmadi).
- would have + V3 = xayoliy o'tmish (3-conditional natijasi).
- must/can't/might have + V3 = o'tmish xulosasi (B1-17).
O'xshatish: modal perfect — "o'tmishga qarab turib afsus/baho". Futbolda o'yindan keyin: "We should have scored" (gol urishimiz kerak edi — urmadik), "We could have won" (yutishimiz mumkin edi). Voqea tugadi, endi unga baho/afsus beryapmiz.
2. Avvalgi darslardan takror (spiral)
- A2-17 (should): maslahat (hozir). Bugun — should have (o'tmish afsusi).
- A2-26 (could): imkon/qobiliyat. Bugun — could have (ishlatilmagan imkon).
- B1-17 (must/can't/might have): o'tmish xulosasi — bugun kengaytiramiz.
- B1-10,12 (would, wish): xayoliy — would have (xayoliy o'tmish).
- Tez mashq: V3 ayting: do ?, say ?, go ?, know ? (done, said, gone, known).
3. Grammatika — chuqur, to'liq tushuntirish
3.1. should have + V3 — o'tmish afsusi / tanqidi
O'tmishda to'g'ri ish edi, lekin qilinmadi (afsus yoki tanqid):
I should have studied harder. (lekin o'qimadim — afsus) — Qattiqroq o'qishim kerak edi.
You should have told me! (lekin aytmadingiz — tanqid) — Menga aytishingiz kerak edi!
We should have booked earlier. — Ertaroq bron qilishimiz kerak edi.Inkor — shouldn't have + V3 (qilmaslik kerak edi, lekin qilindi):
I shouldn't have eaten so much. — Bunchalik ko'p yemasligim kerak edi.
You shouldn't have spent all that money. — Buncha pulni sarflamasligingiz kerak edi.Ma'no: should have = "kerak edi (lekin bo'lmadi)"; shouldn't have = "kerak emas edi (lekin bo'ldi)". O'tmishdagi to'g'ri/noto'g'ri ishga baho/afsus. ought to have + V3 — bir xil ma'no.
Chuqurroq — afsusmi yoki tanqidmi? Egaga qarang. Tuzilish bir xil, ammo ega ma'noni belgilaydi: I/We should have… — o'zingizga qaratilgan afsus ("men qilmadim — xato qildim"); You/He/They should have… — boshqaga qaratilgan tanqid/tanbeh. Savol shakli Should I have…? — o'tmishdagi qaror haqida ikkilanishni bildiradi.
textI should have saved more money. — Ko'proq pul yig'ishim kerak edi. (o'zimga afsus) They should have warned us. — Ular bizni ogohlantirishlari kerak edi. (tanqid) Should I have said something? — Nimadir deyishim kerakmidi? (savol — ikkilanish)
3.2. could have + V3 — ishlatilmagan imkon/qobiliyat
O'tmishda imkon/qobiliyat bor edi, lekin ishlatilmadi:
I could have helped you (but you didn't ask). — Yordam bera olardim (lekin so'ramadingiz).
You could have told me! — Menga aytsangiz bo'lardi-ku! (imkonni boy berdingiz)
We could have won the game. — O'yinni yutishimiz mumkin edi.
She could have been a doctor, but she chose art. — Shifokor bo'la olardi, lekin san'atni tanladi.could have — "qila olar edim/mumkin edi (lekin qilmadim)". Ko'pincha afsus yoki tanbeh ("You could have called!" — qo'ng'iroq qilishingiz mumkin edi!).
3.3. would have + V3 — xayoliy o'tmish
Xayoliy o'tmish natijasi (3-conditional — B2 da to'liq):
I would have come, but I was busy. — Kelar edim, lekin band edim.
I would have helped if you'd asked. — So'rasangiz, yordam berardim. (3-conditional)
That would have been amazing! — Bu ajoyib bo'lar edi!would have + V3 — "qilar edim (lekin shart bajarilmadi)". "I would have come" = kelmadim (chunki biror narsa to'sdi).
3.4. must / can't / might have + V3 — o'tmish xulosasi (B1-17 takror+kengaytma)
must have + V3 (aniq xulosa):
She's not here — she must have left. — U yo'q — ketgan bo'lsa kerak.
can't have + V3 (mumkin emas):
He can't have finished — it's too hard. — Tugatgan bo'lishi mumkin emas — juda qiyin.
might/may/could have + V3 (ehtimol):
I might have left it at home. — Uni uyda qoldirgan bo'lishim mumkin.B1-17 bilan bog'lanish (o'tmish deduksiya zinapoyasi): 17-darsda hozirgi xulosa must be / might be / can't be edi. O'tmishga o'tkazish uchun have + V3 qo'shiladi — ishonch darajasi o'sha-o'sha:
- must have + V3 — deyarli aniq (95%): "The ground is wet — it must have rained." (yomg'ir yog'gan bo'lsa kerak).
- might / may / could have + V3 — ehtimol (taxminan 50%): "She's late — she may have missed the bus." (avtobusni o'tkazib yuborgandir).
- can't have / couldn't have + V3 — imkonsiz xulosa: "He can't have written this — his English is basic." / "She couldn't have known — nobody told her." (bilishi mumkin emas edi).
Diqqat — could have ikki ma'noda: xulosa kontekstida couldn't have = "mumkin emas edi" (yuqoridagi imkonsiz xulosa), tasdiq shakli could have esa 3.2 dagi "imkon bor edi" ma'nosi. Qaysi biri ekanini gap ohangi va konteksti ko'rsatadi.
3.5. needn't have + V3 — keraksiz qilingan ish
needn't have + V3 = "qilish shart emas edi, lekin qilindi" (ortiqcha mehnat):
You needn't have cooked — we already ate. — Ovqat qilish shart emas edi — biz allaqachon ovqatlandik.
I needn't have worried — everything was fine. — Xavotir olish shart emas edi — hammasi yaxshi edi.Solishtiring: "didn't need to" (kerak emas edi — qilmadik ham) vs "needn't have" (kerak emas edi — lekin qildik, ortiqcha).
textI needn't have taken an umbrella — it didn't rain. — Soyabon olishim shart emas edi — yomg'ir yog'madi. (OLDIM — ortiqcha bo'ldi) I didn't need to take an umbrella, so I left it. — Soyabon olishim shart emas edi, shuning uchun olmadim. (OLMADIM)Farq ma'noda, ish bajarildimi yo'qmi shunda: needn't have taken = oldim (keraksiz chiqdi); didn't need to take = odatda umuman olmadim.
3.6. Hammasini farqlash (o'tmishga baho)
should have done — to'g'ri ish edi, qilmadim (afsus): I should have called.
shouldn't have done — noto'g'ri ish edi, qildim: I shouldn't have shouted.
could have done — imkon bor edi, ishlatmadim: I could have won.
would have done — xayoliy (shart bo'lsa): I would have come.
must have done — aniq bo'lgan (xulosa): He must have forgotten.
needn't have done — shart emas edi, qildim: You needn't have paid.ENG KO'P XATO — "have", "of" EMAS. Zaif talaffuzda should have should've quloqqa "should of" bo'lib eshitiladi. Bu faqat tovush; yozuvda modal perfect doim have bilan yoziladi. Modaldan keyin hech qachon of kelmaydi:
- I could have told you. I could of told you.
- You should have asked. You should of asked.
- It must have been late. It must of been late.
Mini-mashq (ma'noni tanlang): har jumla — afsus, ishlatilmagan imkon, xayoliy o'tmish yoki o'tmish xulosami?
- I should have booked the tickets earlier.
- He must have taken the wrong turn.
- We could have caught the earlier train.
- I would have called, but my phone died.
Javob: 1 — afsus (should have) · 2 — o'tmish xulosa (must have) · 3 — ishlatilmagan imkon (could have) · 4 — xayoliy o'tmish (would have).
4. Misollar (turlari bo'yicha)
should have: I should have listened to you. / You should have seen his face!
shouldn't have: I shouldn't have trusted him. / You shouldn't have bothered.
could have: This could have been a disaster. / You could have warned me.
would have: I would have loved to join. / It would have been better to wait.
must have: They must have got lost. / I must have misheard.
needn't have: You needn't have come all this way.5. Talaffuz bo'limi
should have "should əv" / "should-ə" (NOT "should of"!)
could have "could əv" would have "would əv" / "wouldə"
"I should've gone" "ay-shudəv-gon" ('ve = have)
"You could have" "yu-kud-əv"Native siri (juda muhim!): should/could/would have 've / "əv" (should've, could've, would've). Eshitilishi "should of" ga o'xshaydi, lekin yozuvda HAR DOIM "have" (NOT "of"!). Bu — eng ko'p yozma xato.
Topshiriq (shadowing): "I should've called. You could've told me. It would've been great." ni ovoz chiqarib ayting; 've = "əv". Har bir have ni to'liq "hev" emas, balki zaif "əv" tarzida talaffuz qiling — nutqingiz tabiiyroq eshitiladi.

7. O'qish matni va dialog (input)
Dialog — afsus va tanqid (modal perfects):
A: I failed the exam. — Imtihondan yiqildim.
B: Oh no. You should have started revising earlier. — Voy. Ertaroq takrorlashni boshlashing kerak edi.
A: I know. I could have passed easily if I'd tried. — Bilaman. Harakat qilsam, oson o'tishim mumkin edi.

B: That's the spirit. It must have been a hard lesson, but a useful one. — Ofarin. Qiyin saboq bo'lgan bo'lsa kerak, lekin foydali.O'qish matni — "Looking back" (afsus va qabul — modal perfects):
We all have moments we wish we could change. — Hammamizda o'zgartirishni xohlaydigan lahzalar bor.
I should have travelled more when I was young and free. — Yosh va erkin paytimda ko'proq sayohat qilishim kerak edi.

I shouldn't have worried so much about what others thought. — Boshqalar nima o'ylashidan bunchalik tashvishlanmasligim kerak edi.
Looking back, I would have done some things differently. — Orqaga qarasam, ba'zi narsalarni boshqacha qilardim.
But I've learned that you can't change the past — you can only learn from it. — Lekin o'rgandimki, o'tmishni o'zgartirib bo'lmaydi — undan faqat saboq olish mumkin.
So instead of saying "I should have," I now try to say "I will." — Shuning uchun "kerak edi" deyish o'rniga, endi "qilaman" deyishga harakat qilaman.Topshiriq: matnda har modal perfect (should have, could have, shouldn't have, would have) ni belgilang; har biri afsus/tanqid/xayolmi?
